The Alzheimer Society of Chatham-Kent (ASCK) is a non-profit, charitable organization that has been dedicated to helping people living with Alzheimer's disease and other dementias, their families and their care partners since 1986.
ASCK provides a comprehensive range of services and programs, including Cognitive Assessments, Day Programs, In-Home Respite Care, Counselling, Educational Initiatives, and more.
