About Us

Welcome to Village on the Thames — where the calm of riverfront living meets the vibrancy of community life. Nestled on the banks of the River Thames in Chatham, our Village combines natural beauty with the convenience of nearby shops and services in the city’s growing west end.

Residents enjoy the peaceful views of the river and gardens, the inviting patio with pergola, and the warmth of friendly connections that make every day special. Inside, vaulted ceilings, atrium windows, and a grand Dining Room create an open, sunlit atmosphere filled with life and laughter.

Whether relaxing by the fireplace, joining a class, or enjoying a meal with friends, residents experience the perfect blend of independence and support. For those who need extra assistance, our Enriched Care program provides the highest level of personalized attention in a familiar and loving environment.
